Our department provides comprehensive medical and surgical service of all diseases of the genitourinary tract. Areas of expertise including disease of the prostate, Trauma management, Malignancy, all kinds of Infections, Congenital uriatric probs, All Endoscopic procedures, Urinary calculus disease, neurourology, female urology, and sexual problems in the male, male fertility (andrology) and pediatric urology.

The faculty of our department in the AMC consists of a senior Urologist Dr.Madhu Palakkal. Also, two additional full-time academic general surgery faculty members work in the AMC. Our department pursues keeping a leading role in both clinical and basic research fields.
